This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you use this website and Cartrix.

What we collect

Account data (email address) is stored by our authentication provider, Supabase. Payment data is processed by Stripe (card) and NOWPayments (crypto); we never store full card numbers. We retain a record of your purchases and license keys to operate your account.

How we use it

We use your data to authenticate you, deliver license keys and downloads, process payments, provide support, and send service-related communications.

Third-party processors

We share the minimum data necessary with Supabase (auth & database), Stripe and NOWPayments (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@cartrix.app. Deleting your account removes your associated licenses and purchase records.
