Refund Policy

Cartrix delivers a working license key and downloadable software immediately upon successful payment.

All sales are final

Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued. This applies to both card and crypto payments.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge) or you are unable to use the Software due to a technical problem on our side that we cannot resolve, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case in good faith.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling does not refund the current period, but you keep access until it ends.
